Some extracts of a video chat with Richard Bluestein. He was the first vlogger I ever discovered and since then we met a few times. Richard is also known as Madge Weinstein, the bloated lesbian vegemite, as she likes to call herself. Madge appears on both shows that Richard produces: The queercast YEAST RADIO (paid & published by PODSHOW, the on-line podcasting publishing house, co-founded by Adam Curry) and INSANE FILMS, a video blog with a peculiar mix of political items, sensational outfits, vulgar questioning and much more.
Richard is a hard working man: He produces 4 radio shows a week plus several vlogs. He makes a good living as podcaster / vlogger and you might even call him a professional. But when it comes to it he doesn’t give shit about well shot or lit images, perfect editing or common decencies. Maybe that’s what I admire the most in Bluestein/Weinstein; his constant fight against hypocrisy and his complete sincerity.
